Multidimensional Coaching Session

I offer my coaching/mentoring sessions remotely or in person.

 

This coaching is designed for those who feel ready to deepen their understanding of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensions—gaining clarity about each, while receiving essential tools to navigate between them and elevate their energetic frequency.

During each of my sessions, I allow you to receive sacred energy from the comfort of your home or in person at my office.

 

This work aims to answer these two main questions: Who are you internally, above your personality?  What is your mission on Earth, so why am I here?

 

First Session

We begin with an initial meeting of approximately 30 minutes, to allow us to get to know each other and to determine exactly what your desires, expectations, and values are concerning this adventure we will embark on together.

 

Subsequent Sessions

Each session lasts between 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

 

I will guide you throughout our sessions and answer all your questions. We will also practice, at the beginning of each session, breathing techniques to relax your physical body, your mind, and activate the energy that circulates through your body, flowing "As Above, So Below" —your Source Flow. We will connect with your inner wisdom and align with your spiritual values to live more authentically. This goes beyond solving superficial problems and deeply explores your beliefs, your purpose, and your connection to something greater than yourself through deep introspection, observation, and awareness, and enhances your ability to observe and be present.

 

We will explore the transition stages between the 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensions. I will offer practical techniques and specific guidance to support you through each stage of this evolutionary shift.​​
